How Activ8 Posture Therapy Works
Step 1 Discovery
You have a unique story that we want to hear. We want to discuss your specific condition and goals, as well as answer any questions you might have. On the discovery call, we’ll make sure we're a good fit and then schedule your initial appointment for assessment and putting together your custom plan.
Step 2 Assessment
After getting to know you better on the discovery call, your initial appointment includes a full-body posture assessment and functional screening. With this thorough assessment, we are able to find the root cause of your pain, limitations, and establish where we need to focus first.
Step 3 Custom Plan
After the assessment, you'll be guided through a tailored exercise program as part of your individualized plan and goals. Every week, you'll meet with your therapist to assess your progress and review your customized exercise sequence (your "homework") to continue moving forward. Between sessions, you can always reach out to your therapist to troubleshoot as needed.
