How I work
I became a posture therapist because of something I kept seeing in the gym: people who were working hard and getting nowhere. Not for lack of effort or strength — because something in their body was quietly not participating, and no amount of trying harder was going to change that.
So I look for that first. Find the imbalance, correct it, and the strength work starts paying off again.
My approach is intuitive and supportive, and it’s built around you rather than a template. I want you back doing the things you’d decided you couldn’t do anymore.
What I see most
People recovering from injury who have plateaued. Chronic pain that has been managed but never resolved. Longtime exercisers who have hit a wall and can’t work out why. Clients who want to get stronger without getting hurt again.
Background
A degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science, and more than two decades in the wellness and fitness industry. Her approach blends alignment, strength, and behavior change — because a program only works if it fits the life around it.
