Carrie Ann Kaye-Kuter
Assistant Clinic Director & Exercise Therapist
"I truly believe that a healthy body equals a happy life. Every person holds their story in the carriage of their body. Sometimes the twists and turns of life can leave us imbalanced or in pain. My goal is to help everyone feel empowered through movement and inspired to live well.
"With the Activ8 Posture approach, I partner with my clients on their journey to higher performance. Whether it be, climbing a mountain, running a marathon or getting through the work day pain free. When you activate posture, you elevate performance and enjoy your best life."
Carrie Ann received a BFA in Theatre and Dance from the University at Buffalo and continued her education in health studies at Bay State College. She holds a corrective exercise specialist, personal training certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as multiple fitness certifications.
She continues to dance daily and enjoys hiking high peaks, trail running, and dragging her four kids, fluff-ball pup, and husband up mountains and into various adventures.
