Meet Our Team
Kimberly received her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with focus on Fitness and Health promotion and her Master’s in Kinesiology with focus on Gerokinesiology. She is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through N.S.C.A.
Prior to working as a Posture Therapist, she worked with a wide variety of ages and fitness levels both individual and group; teaching post-rehab classes for individuals with chronic conditions, balance & mobility, Silver Sneakers, boot camp, run club, pole fitness, and various martial arts (Taekwondo, Hapkido, Wushu, and Tai chi).
With her training as a balance & mobility instructor, Kimberly learned body imbalances take in consideration the individual’s whole body, internal & external forces, the environment, and not just “bad balance” or “old age.” She believes in the holistic approach of healing the body.
During her free time Kimberly enjoys babysitting her nephew and niece, listening to audiobooks while running, learning new skillsets physical and creative, and traveling internationally.
Kimberly believes anything can be achieved if the work is put in. As Yoda said - “Do or Do not. There is no try.”
