Matt Pidgeon
Clinic Director & Exercise Therapist
TBMM-CES, Egoscue® Certified AET
Matt received a degree in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine from Springfield College and became a Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. He has worked in the sports medicine and rehabilitation fields at the collegiate, high school and clinical levels for several years before discovering the biomechanical and postural corrective exercise methodology utilized at Activ8 Posture.
While working in his past settings, Matt used traditional modalities and rehabilitation techniques that merely targeted the area of pain his patients were experiencing but not the root cause. Once understanding this, Matt realized this was only a temporary relief to his patients rather than fixing the root cause of the pain.
“I have a passion for helping people and thoroughly enjoy devoting my time and energy guiding clients to establish and supersede their goals. I wanted to find a true, immediate, and effective way to help clients become pain free to live their life on their own terms. I feel fortunate to have found that with the Activ8 Posture Method. By consistently doing the postural aligning exercises, clients have the opportunity to become and stay pain free.”
Matt enjoys working with clients as a teammate to help them alleviate their pain once and for all and improve their body’s performance. He is excited to bring the Activ8 Posture Method to all who need it!
When not seeing clients in the clinic or over Zoom, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and spoiling their dog Gunner, exercising, skiing/snowboarding, fishing, golfing, hiking, playing guitar, and cheering on the Patriots and Bruins.
