The IMPACT Program
Eight sessions, or sixteen. Built around your body, not a template.
IMPACT is where new clients start. It’s a structured course of one-to-one posture therapy — assessment, a corrective sequence that’s yours, and a therapist watching how you change.

What you’re actually buying
A course of sessions, paced to you
You choose eight sessions or sixteen. Sessions run 60 minutes, apart from the first, which runs 90 because the full assessment happens there.
How quickly you use them is your call, but we like to see people once or twice a week at the start. Change comes fastest early on, and frequent contact is what lets your therapist adjust the sequence while your body is still moving.
Sixteen sessions isn’t a longer version of eight. It’s a closer one — more frequent correction, more adjustment, less drift between appointments.
An honest expectation
You’ll likely feel a difference early. The program is how you keep it
Most people notice something in the first session or two. Put a body back into position and it tends to respond quickly — less pressure through a joint, easier movement, something you can feel rather than take on trust.
What turns that into a lasting change is what happens next. Each session builds on the one before it, and the daily sequence you take home is where the new position gets learned well enough to hold on its own. The correction opens the door; the practice is what walks you through it.
That part belongs to you, and it is the part that decides the outcome. The clients who see their results hold are the ones who keep up the sequence between sessions — not because the program is demanding, but because bodies learn by repetition. Our job is to give you the right sequence and adjust it as you change; yours is to do it.

What’s included
Every session, every time
- A posture and movement assessment at every appointment, so changes are tracked rather than assumed
- Your own corrective sequence, rewritten as your alignment shifts
- Exercise videos, photos and written instructions through our app or by email, so you’re never guessing at home
- The same therapist throughout, who knows what your body looked like in week one
- Contact between sessions — questions are welcome, and usually useful
- In person or by video, at our Boston, Newport and Los Angeles clinics or from anywhere
Client posture photos
Change shows up at different rates
These are real client photos, taken from the same camera position. Some are weeks or months apart. Some are from a single visit — alignment can shift that quickly once the right thing is corrected. How fast it happens varies a great deal from person to person, depending on how long the pattern has been there and how consistently the home sequence gets done. Nothing here is a promise about your body; it is what a change in alignment looks like when you can see it side by side.

Investment
Two ways to do it
Eight sessions
$1,6808 sessions · about $210 a session
Room to work through a clear, single pattern. Suits people who can hold the home sequence consistently between visits.
Sixteen sessions
$3,15016 sessions · about $197 a session
More frequent correction, and the option to be seen twice a week early on. Suits longer-standing patterns, or more than one at once.
Payment is normally due when you enroll, and we can set up a payment plan if that helps — just ask. Posture therapy isn’t usually covered by health insurance, but many clients pay with an HSA or FSA, and we can help you submit an out-of-network claim.
Which one suits you is a conversation, not a guess. Your therapist will recommend one on the free consultation, after they’ve seen your assessment.
Afterwards
What happens when the program ends
Most people don’t need weekly sessions forever. Once your alignment holds, the work shifts from correcting to maintaining, and that’s what THRIVE is for — ongoing sessions for IMPACT graduates, at whatever spacing keeps you where you want to be.
Some clients keep a session in the calendar every few weeks. Others check in twice a year. A few take their sequence and run with it. All three are fine.
Start with the free consultation
Thirty minutes, no cost, and it includes your posture assessment. You’ll leave knowing what your body is doing and which program — if either — makes sense for it.
