Join us for four in-person strength-boosting classes to get you straight and strong

Did you know that maintaining great posture is one of the most effective ways to enhance your overall quality of life? Traditional fitness training often overlooks the importance of posture-focused exercises, leading to imbalances and discomfort. That's why we've crafted Posture Strong – a 30-minute, beginner-friendly strength class suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

  • Mondays in May (5/4, 5/11, 5/18, 5/25)
  • 12-12:30 PM
  • $25/class or $100 for the month
