Fix Rib Flare: 4-Week Posture Correction Course

Rib flare is when the lower ribs lift and rotate forward, so the bottom of the ribcage juts out ahead of the abdomen instead of sitting stacked over the pelvis. It is a muscular and positional pattern, not a bone deformity — which is why it responds to corrective work.

$29 for the full four-week series. 90 days of access.

Recognizing it

Signs you are dealing with rib flare

  • The lower front ribs visibly protrude, most obviously when lying on your back
  • Your lower back arches away from the floor more than feels comfortable
  • Breathing feels shallow, or high in the chest, rather than into the lower ribs
  • Persistent tightness through the mid-back and the front of the hips
  • Core work feels ineffective no matter how much of it you do

Rib flare rarely stands alone. It commonly travels with an anterior pelvic tilt below it and forward head posture above it, because the body stacks its compensations.

What you get

Four weeks, one routine at a time

Each week brings a single guided video routine. You follow along, you finish it, and the next week opens up. Nothing is dumped on you at once, and nothing is held back once you are ready to move on.

The sequences change as you do. The early weeks quiet the compensations holding rib flare in place. The later weeks ask the muscles that had switched off to start carrying their share again, and tie the kinetic chains back together so the change has somewhere to live.

The format

  • Four weeks, one guided video routine per week
  • Each week unlocks as you finish the one before, so you can move at your own pace
  • 90 days of access from the day you start
  • Follow along at home, no equipment beyond a bit of floor space

What it costs

$29 for the full four-week series.

That is the whole course, not a first month. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Rib flare is a positional pattern, not a bone deformity. That is exactly why guided corrective work can move it.

The program

What the course covers

Four weeks of guided video sessions working on the position of the ribcage over the pelvis: releasing what has shortened at the front, restoring your ability to expand the lower ribs on the breath, and rebuilding the postural support that holds the new position without you having to think about it.

It is self-guided. You follow the sequence at home, at your own pace, and keep access so you can return to it.

Which route

Course, or an assessment first?

Start with the course if

  • You recognize the pattern and want to work on it independently
  • You are not in pain, or any discomfort is mild and general
  • You would rather move at your own pace, at home
  • You live nowhere near one of our clinics

Start with an assessment if

  • You are in persistent pain
  • You suspect more than one pattern is in play
  • Self-directed work has not held for you before
  • You want to know whether rib flare is the driver or just the most visible symptom

A course teaches you a sequence; an assessment tells you which sequence you need. If the right-hand column sounds more like you, a free consultation is the better starting point, or read how we work one-to-one.
