Fix Duck Feet: 4-Week Posture Correction Course
Duck feet — out-toeing — is when one or both feet turn outward as you stand and walk, rather than pointing straight ahead. It looks like a foot problem, but it usually originates at the hip, where rotation higher up the chain leaves the feet to follow.
$29 for the full four-week series. 90 days of access.

Recognizing it
Signs you are dealing with duck feet
- One or both feet point outward when you stand relaxed, often unevenly
- Shoes wear down unevenly, typically along the inner edge
- Knees drift inward during squats, stairs or running
- Recurring foot, ankle, knee or hip irritation on one side
- Arches that flatten or roll inward under load
Because out-toeing changes how force travels from the ground upward, it is frequently found alongside knee pain, plantar fasciitis and one-sided hip tightness.
What you get
Four weeks, one routine at a time
Each week brings a single guided video routine. You follow along, you finish it, and the next week opens up. Nothing is dumped on you at once, and nothing is held back once you are ready to move on.
The sequences change as you do. The early weeks quiet the compensations holding the turnout in place. The later weeks ask the muscles that had switched off to start carrying their share again, and tie the kinetic chains back together so the change has somewhere to live.
The format
- Four weeks, one guided video routine per week
- Each week unlocks as you finish the one before, so you can move at your own pace
- 90 days of access from the day you start
- Follow along at home, no equipment beyond a bit of floor space
What it costs
$29 for the full four-week series.
That is the whole course, not a first month. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Duck feet start further up the chain than the feet. The routines work the hips and pelvis as well as the ankles, because that is where the rotation is coming from.
The program
What the course covers
Four weeks of guided video sessions working from the hip down: restoring rotational balance at the pelvis, waking up the muscles that position the leg and foot, and retraining the alignment so that straight-ahead becomes your default rather than something you have to hold.
It is self-guided. You follow the sequence at home, at your own pace, and keep access so you can return to it.
Which route
Course, or an assessment first?
Start with the course if
- Both feet turn out to a similar degree
- You are not in pain, or any discomfort is mild and general
- You would rather move at your own pace, at home
- You live nowhere near one of our clinics
Start with an assessment if
- Out-toeing is on one side only, or clearly uneven
- It comes with pain in the foot, ankle, knee or hip
- Self-directed work has not held for you before
- You want to know what is driving the rotation before you train it
Asymmetry usually points to a rotational pattern that benefits from being assessed rather than guessed at. If the right-hand column sounds more like you, a free consultation is the better starting point, or read how we work one-to-one.
