A small team, trained to look at the whole body

You work with one therapist from your first assessment through your last session, rather than a rotating roster — because reading how a body changes over weeks is most of the skill.

How we are trained

We are taught to treat a system, not a site

Most rehabilitative training is organized around the part that hurts: a knee protocol, a shoulder protocol, a low-back protocol. Our therapists are trained the other way around. The first question is how your whole structure is loading — feet, hips, spine, shoulders, head — and what the painful area has been compensating for.

Structure and function are connected. Treat the site and you chase the symptom. Correct the system and the site no longer has to compensate.

That whole-body view is also a whole-person one. What you do all day, what you are hoping to get back to, how much you are realistically willing to keep up at home, and what you have already tried without success all change what we prescribe. Two people with the same diagnosis rarely leave with the same program.

Everyone here chose this work for the same reason: they wanted to help people get out of pain and stay out of it. That is slower than handing someone a stretch, and it asks more of both sides. It is also the thing that tends to hold.

Who you would be working with

Whoever you start with is who you finish with. Each of them carries their own caseload, so the person who reads your first assessment is the one who sees you through to the end of your program.
